RC Management, Inc.

RC Management, Inc. was formed in 1970 and named after Royal Crest Homes, a company controlled by Quincy Lee. In 1972, Mr. Lee completed the development and syndication of several apartment communities. It was at this point that he insisted on the management company being a separate, independent, professional management entity. He felt that if people were going to trust him and invest in his apartments, he wanted those properties to get the best possible management. Donald W. Reneau, who had a background in public accounting and had worked for Quincy Lee in the development of the communities, was selected to take charge of the newly separated management entity. Although Mr. Lee has since passed away, we want to acknowledge that it was his values that gave us our direction and express our appreciation for his giving us a start in this business.
